While growing up in Connecticut, Blake was bitten by the radio bug at an early age.
At 12 years old, he and a friend had created the "Blake Hayes Radio Show," whose only audience was... well, each other.
At age 17 Blake got his first REAL radio job, at KC 101 in New Haven, CT.
Then the born-and-raised Yankees and Giants fan moved to Boston to get his journalism degree from Emerson College. (He didn't convert to a Sox fan. Promise.)
Before graduating, Blake was hired at Mix 98.5 in Boston and worked there for a few years.
... And finally he moved to the best city in the world - New York, NY - and landed a job on 'PLJ!!
Aside from his weekend duties, you can see Blake interviewing celebs on TV and online.
